The product warranty period is one year from the date of purchase, the specific warranty period is subject to the product manual or warranty card.

Assessment

The R&D dept. will develop a preliminary product design, including product features, performance parameters, appearance style, etc..

Sample Refinement

According to the evaluation results, revise and improve the design program until it meets the customer's needs.

 

Sample Confirmation

After the final sample is completed, customer and factory will inspect the product and keep the sample separately.

Bulk Production

What is the MOQ for OEM/ODM cooperation?

MOQ for standard devices is 4-50 units, and MOQ for customized devices starts from 300 units.

Note: Due to mold differences, the MOQ of some scent diffuser is 500-2000 units. Please contact the salesperson for details.

Commercial diffuser model: working temperature -10℃~50℃.
Car diffuser models passed 85℃ high temperature resistance test.

Does the device support third-party platform access?

Standard products do not support it yet, but can be customized on demand.

What is two-fluid atomization technology? How is it different from traditional aromatherapy machines?

A. Two-fluid atomization technology produces ultra-fine droplets (about 5-20 microns in diameter) through high-speed collision of compressed air and liquid. Compared with traditional ultrasonic or heated atomization technology, it has the advantages of high atomization efficiency, no destruction of essential oil active ingredients, and no residue. It is particularly suitable for large-scale uniform diffusion in commercial spaces.

How to define man-made damage during the warranty period?

We adopt "transparent warranty terms":
Non-man-made damage: 1-year core component warranty (including circuit boards, air pumps, atomizers).
Typical man-made damage: use of non-recommended liquids, water ingress, unauthorized modification, etc.
